Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At ETHNOIR, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our simple 7-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy.

7-Day No Questions Asked Return

You can request a return within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. No questions asked.

Return Fee: ₹50 per returned order (deducted from your refund amount).

Free Replacement

We offer FREE replacements within 7 days of delivery.

There are no replacement charges for:

  • Size exchange (subject to stock availability)
  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

ETHNOIR will arrange the replacement at no additional cost.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

To qualify, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags and labels attached.
  • Be returned in the original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase.
  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your ETHNOIR account.
  2. Go to My Orders.
  3. Select the order containing the product you wish to return.
  4. Select the product.
  5. Click Return Product.
  6. Submit your return request.

Once your request is received, our team may contact you to confirm the return before arranging the pickup.

How to Request a Replacement

You can request a replacement in either of the following ways:

  • Contact our support team on WhatsApp.
  • Or create a return request from your ETHNOIR account by following the same return process mentioned above.

Our support team will call you to confirm your replacement request and arrange the exchange accordingly.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect item
  • A missing product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Photos of the product packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, whichever is applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund if the return meets our eligibility criteria.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • A ₹50 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The remaining refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without original tags, labels, or packaging.
  • Return requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Minor color or design variations caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings.
  • Customized, made-to-order, or special-order products (if applicable).

Return Shipping

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, ETHNOIR will bear all return shipping costs.
  • For general returns, a ₹50 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • All replacements are completely free of charge.

Important Note

ETHNOIR reserves the right to refuse any return or replacement request that does not meet the eligibility conditions mentioned above. All returned products are subject to a quality inspection before any refund or replacement is approved.
